2lbs of Sierra Part Skim Ricotta
1 3/4 cup of sifted confectioners' sugar or powdered sugar
2-3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup of chopped semi sweet chocolate chips
In a kitchen aid mix a 2 lbs of Sierra Part Skim Ricotta gradually mix until creamy smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla. fold in chocolate chips. Cover and chill seveal hours or overnight or may be used immediately. Once your ready to use place half of the mixture into a ziplock back and seal. Cut the bottom corner of the bag and squeeze the contents into a shell.
